3. Precautions for use:
1. When used for food coloring, the natural food coloring can be diluted 5-10 times with water or oil, and then mixed with the material is easier to evenly; When used for skin coloring, natural food coloring can be appropriately diluted 10-100 times before soaking or spraying.
2. Natural food coloring will show a beautiful color at a suitable concentration (about 0.1-0.2%), but natural food coloring will appear gray when it is excessive, so a small amount should be gradually added in the process of application to achieve high-quality results.
3. Natural food coloring is susceptible to discoloration due to the influence of metal ions such as copper and iron, so in the process of food processing, stainless steel utensils and deionized water are preferentially used to improve the stability of coloring. ▲Foods with high protein content also absorb some of the natural pigments.
4. Natural food coloring is easy to fade when affected by high temperature and sunlight for a long time, so the coloring procedure should be arranged in the back of the production process as much as possible, and the finished or semi-finished products after coloring should be stored at low temperature away from light.
5. Natural food coloring is not irritating, but some products have strong coloring strength, and it is not easy to wash off immediately when sticking to the skin, but there is no need to worry, it will naturally disappear after two or three days. Long clothes and trousers can be worn to cover exposed skin during the procedure.
