Product description: Radish Red Color is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from crucifer red radish, after press, filtering , extraction, vacuum concentration,and spray drying become red natural pigment.
Character: Dark red powder, has slightly smelly.Easy deliquescence agglomerate but does not affect use. Insoluble in ethanol, acetone, chloroform, carbon tetra-chloride and other smaller polarity of solvent, but soluble in water.
Range of Application: frozen drink(except edible ice), Candy, cake, compound condiment, assembled alcoholic drinks, jelly and GB2760 food category .
